Our shears can process materials with thicknesses from 0.010″ to 0.375″ (254mm-9.5mm), with maximum lengths of 236″ (6000mm); the shears are manually fed and can start from sheets or blanks, obtaining as a final product flat bar or custom blanks, the shearing process is used to cut with precision up to +/-04″ sheet and plate in 90° cuts, and can be adapted just to your needs.
The flexibility offered by our shear cutting process allows us to accommodate custom measurements in an ability to process a variety of materials with thicknesses from 0.010″ to 0.375″ (.254 mm-9.5 mm) and with maximum lengths of 236″ (6000 mm).
The process is manually fed and can start from sheets or blanks, providing precise and clean cuts, obtaining as a final product a high-quality custom flat bar or blanks.
It is used to divide large sheets into smaller sections, being a quick and efficient process, which typically enter a subsequent pressing or stamping process. The shear process is used to accurately cut sheet metal to within +/-.04″ tolerance in width and length in 90° cuts, and its minimum process batches can be adapted to the ever-changing needs of the market.
