In 2022, Comunidad Serviacero was born, an inspiring project, focused on living one of the values that make up our philosophy; Social Responsibility.
It all started with a group of collaborators, led by Engineer Benjamín Zermeño, who were selected for their passion for service.
For months they worked hand in hand with Vía Educación and its Social Innovation laboratory, to develop a social responsibility program, focused on serving the most important community of Serviacero, its own collaborators and families.
This is how the Serviacero Community emerged, a program focused on the development and implementation of training programs, which provide our collaborators and their families with professional and educational growth, addressing educational lag.
Administration of the Time:
Objective:
Achieve correct time management to continue educational development.
Reach:
That Serviacero staff can have time to study and carry out their professional duties at the same time through better management of shifts and hours by operations collaborators, offering courses in different shifts and giving preference in shifts to personnel who are studying so that he can attend to his educational commitments.
Formal education
Objective:
Increase the average schooling of the Serviacero Community.
Reach:
Provide open and/or formal education options that adapt to the needs of the Serviacero Community.
Serviacero Mentors
Objective:
Share the knowledge of our processes from collaborator to collaborator, to continue being the most reliable steel supplier.
Reach:
Generate effective training plans that increase productivity, ensure and improve our processes, taught by collaborators and former collaborators with a Mentor profile.
Infrastructure Educational
Objective:
Have adequate and equipped spaces that allow the educational development of the Serviacero Community.
Reach:
Manage the necessary resources so that development plans and programs are carried out in appropriate spaces.
Options Portal training:
Objective:
Facilitate access to the offers of the Serviacero Community programs.
Reach:
Concentrate in a single site the current options presented by each Serviacero Community program, which is intuitive, accessible and contains all the information necessary to generate registration.
Adopt a School

Have adequate and equipped educational spaces to improve the educational level of the communities where we carry out our operations.
Reach:
Generate alliances with associations or influence groups on educational issues, which allow us to improve the current spaces available to schools in the region where we carry out our operations.

Provide access to content that helps develop and strengthen parenting skills.

Create alliances with institutions that allow us to offer workshops and/or courses that facilitate or guide in raising children, are of interest and appropriate to the needs of the Serviacero Community.

Create alliances with institutions that allow us to offer workshops and/or training courses in life and everyday situations, which are of interest and appropriate to the needs of the Serviacero Community.
