Metales y Acero emerges as a supplier of special steels for machinery and tools used in the footwear and food sectors of León, Guanajuato.
1975
Metals and Steel (formerly Steel and Fine Metals) operations begin in the city of San Luis Potosí.

Serviacero de León is born, providing custom-cut and formed sheets.
1983
Metals and Steel operations begin in the city of Guadalajara and the city of Querétaro.
1994
Comercial y Aceros de León opens its first Service center outside of León, Gto., in the city of Querétaro.

In order to support the industry and comprehensively satisfy the steel needs of its clients, these three companies join together under the name Serviacero.

Serviacero Planos, opens its doors to its second Service Center in the city of Querétaro.
