The Value Line is the confidential and anonymous reporting tool established by Serviacero so that employees, customers and suppliers can report dishonest conduct that goes against the values of our company.
We have an Ethics Committee responsible for receiving, analyzing, directing and following up on the investigation of notifications of acts by serviacero personnel that may be violating the values mentioned here:

The corresponding investigation will be carried out in order to identify situations or behaviors that go against Serviacero's values and that affect our collaborators, suppliers or clients.
Remember that:
- All notifications received will be attended to and managed confidentially.
- Your report will be anonymous if you wish to keep it that way.
- All reports must be supported and notifications made in bad faith and without foundations will not be accepted.
- If your notification represents a security issue, it will be corrected immediately. If the law is being broken in any way and the investigation corroborates this, you will be asked to cooperate with the appropriate authorities and procedures.
