Cutting and welding of electroforged grating are key processes in the manufacture of these structures, it is carried out through precise measurement, according to the project design, where the material is also prepared in a special way for its correct cutting, tracing and marking. specific areas of the grating, following the determined design, using the appropriate machinery to make precise cuts. Post cutting, finishing processes such as grinding can be applied to ensure smooth edges and accurate dimensions.

 

Electroforged grating welding consists of the alignment and assembly of the grating parts according to the design, preparing the surfaces to be joined by welding, removing any contaminants or coatings that affect the quality of the weld. Subsequently, the electric arc welding process is carried out, creating strong and durable joints. A visual inspection is carried out to ensure the quality of the welds, looking for the absence of defects such as porosities, cracks or irregularities.
